Capri Island is full of whitewashed stone buildings, sub-tropical gardens and tiny car-free streets, Pompeii’s sprawling ruins are Europe’s most fascinating archaeological site and you can peer into the crater of Mount Vesuvius and learn about its infamous eruption centuries ago.

DAY 1: Arrival Naples /Transfer to Minori (D)
Arrival at Naples airport, meeting with your guide and transfer to Minori, little town on the Amalfi Coast. Check in at a hotel.
General briefing, dinner and overnight stay Monori.
Note: 2 group arrival transfers will be arranged. Timings will be advised in due course. Additional transfers are at extra cost.
DAY 2: Capri walk (gradient: + 200 mt – 200 mt /walking: 4h ( B, L, D)
Hydrofoil to Capri (about 1 hour sailing). This island, known and loved since the roman period, is known for its «bella vita» and its wild nature. Easy walk in the less known paths of the island, picnic then free time to enjoy the town. Hydrofoil back to Minori, dinner and overnight stay in Monori.
DAY 3: Kayak on the Amalfi coast (B, L)
From Minori short transfer to Amalfi. We will kayak in the morning in the amazing emerald Amalfi Coast, listed
Unesco site, until Furore fiord (3 hrs activities). At the end of the hike we stop for lunch and we will have a short boat transfer to Amalfi. Strolling the small center, we could have a visit at the local paper museum and its ancient
Chinese imported manufactory or have a Limoncello taste. Transfer back to Minori and overnight stay.
DAY 4: Pompeii – Mount Vesuvius – Rome
(gradient on Mount Vesuvius: + 150 mt – 150 mt /walking: 2h + 2h walking inside the cultural site of Pompei)
Transfer for Pompeii (about 90 minutes drive) and guided visit to this unique archaeological site, listed Unesco
heritage since 1997. In the end of morning drive to Herculaneum town and visit of a local winery farm. Lunch at the farm. In the afternoon, drive to Mount Vesuvius. Now silent from 1944, it’s still one of the most powerful in Europe and the author of the dramatic lava flow which buried Pompeii in 79 DC. Walk to the rim of the crater. In the end of afternoon transfer to Naples and train to Rome (90 minutes ride).
Short transfer to the hotel and check in a tour hotel, dinner on the train and overnight stay.
DAY 5: Walking Rome and rickshaw
(gradient: + 150 mt – 150 mt /walking : 4.30h + 1 hr rickshaw)
In the morning , vist the vibrant and wonderful eternal city. A walk with your guide to discovery some of the main monuments of the wonderful Italian capital: the Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, St Peter church. Lunch together and a rickshaw ride in the afternoon in one of the beautiful park of the center “Villa Borghese”. Dinner is not included, overnight stay in Rome. Meals: B/L/‐
DAY 6: Cycling the old Appian Way
(3 hrs bike with no grandient)
In the morning, private guided tour of the Coliseum. After the visit we transfer on the Old Appian Way for a bike tour of one of the most important Consolar Road in the roman’s time: the way to reach the South and Brindisi harbour, the only possibility people had to sail toward Jerusalem. Back in the hotel, special dinner in a typical local restaurant. Dinner in the hotel and overnight stay in Rome. Meals: B/L/D
DAY 7: Departure ( B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Group Transfer to Rome airport.
