You’ll be met and transferred to your accommodation in Ubud.
Ubud is a small town located in the uplands of Bali with peaceful ambience, scenic view, art galleries, ancient temples and shrines, and Yoga studious. Ubud has been fascinating travelers from all over the world since the 1920s. The name comes from the word “Ubad” which means “Medicine” because there are many medicinal plants around the place, which can be used for traditional medicine. According to the legend, as far back as the 8th Century, royal families from across the island sent their ill to Ubud to be healed.

After breakfast we proceed to Ayung river. Ayung river provides a 2 hour white water rafting thrill that starts the moment you leave the riverbank. Accompanied by professionals, enjoy the beautiful scenery while you raft down the river. These are easy Class I-II rapids. Then we visit Kanto Lampo waterfall; a scenic waterfall cascading down a steeped rock. The waterfall is located in Beng village, Gianyar; a 45-mintues drive from Ubud.

We drive to Penelokan village in Kintamani area to start our cycling adventure with a mountain bike through the heartland of Bali, travelling downhill on secret back roads and minor village roads with little traffic, experiencing typical Balinese daily life and enjoying the beautiful Balinese countryside. We ride through lush forested areas, plantations full of Balinese staples and cash crops (cloves, coffee, cocoa, vanilla, tapioca, taro, local vegetables and exotic tropical fruits). We have numerous stops on the way, including a visit to a Balinese home/compound, (where you get to see firsthand how the Balinese live outside the tourist areas), a Balinese plantation (where you learn of the medicinal and culturally important uses of local plants, the process of making coffee and see many of the spices you have used in cooking and tropical fruits growing in their natural environment. We also get to sample many exotic tropical fruits, local herbal teas and coffees, including Coffee Luwak, the unusually produced and most expensive coffee in the world).

After breakfast, you will head to a local Elementary school for a unique experience. You will interact with the students, you will have the opportunity to share some of your knowledge, and you will also get valuable insights from the children on the local culture.
Afterwards, you will head to the Tegalalang rice fields for some fun activities such as Bali Swing (cost not included in the price) or coffee and tea tasting (free).

After breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and head to the local Elementary school for another priceless interaction and teaching activity.
Then, you will head to the Dharma Jati Orphanage house to teach English to the children.
In the afternoon, you will drive to Seminyak to check in at your hotel, located by the beach.

Enjoy a free day by the beach, swimming, snorkeling, exploring the town at your own pace, visiting its main street full of picturesque cafes and boutique stores, or having a traditional Balinese massage.
