  • Iguassu – Half day Brazilian Falls/ Macuco Safari Boat Trip /Rafting (B)
    Breakfast and depart to visit the Brazilian Side of Iguassu Falls. Arrive at the Visitors Center, located 12 km from the heart of the Park. Visitors will be transferred on specially conditioned vehicles to the catwalks for a walking tour of approximately 1 km long, where you will admire the falls from different viewpoints. At the end of the catwalk you will find a fantastic close-up encounter with the Devil's Throat and main falls. Afterwards we take a Boat trip near the falls and then go on a rafting descent. Macuco Safari at Brazilian Falls (1h30min – 2h) This tour takes place inside the Iguaçu National Park (Brazil), about seven kilometers from the Visitors Center. The first part begins with a jeep ride through the rainflorest, then, a walk for about 600 meters that leads to the most expected part, going up the river in specially prepared boats to get to the bottom of Iguaçu Falls, being able to admire and feel them close. Whirlpools, waves and currents provoked by the falls add adrenaline and lots of emotions to this unforgettable tour.( group tour) Rafting – 1h30 At the end of Macuco Safari, you’ll get off the boat at the rafting station, with lockers to leave your belongings. The guides will give instructions about safety and the equipments before you board on the rafts and get some extra adrenaline to finish the day. During the descent, there are support safety boats to rescue anyone who end up coming off the raft quickly and safely. In the end, you are taken back to the starting point. Overnight Iguassu

Day 03

  • Iguassu –Black Pool trail (B)
    After early breakfast, depart to experience the black pool trail. Black Pool Trail 3h – 4h The trail is 9km long and can be done in an electric vehicle, cycling or walking. During the journey you can see many native species in the flora and fauna of the park. At the end there is a jungle house from where you can have a panoramic view. From this point you will take a motorboat in the Iguassu River to get to the final point. Optional paddling on ducks subject to availability. Optional additional visit to Bird Park. ( extra cost applies) Return to Hotel and overnight. Overnight Iguassu

Day 04

  • Iguassu /Rio De Janeiro /Paraty ( B)
    After early breakfast, transfer to the Airport to board on flight to Rio de Janeiro (flight cost provided separate). Arrival in Rio de Janeiro and private transfer to Paraty (4-5 hrs approximately). Overnight Paraty

Day 05

  • Paraty – Walking Tour /Half Day Private Boat Tour (B, L)
    After breakfast depart for a historical walking tour (1h30 to 2h00). Walking tour to the historic old town of Paraty, a UNESCO nominated World Heritage site. Beautiful colonial architecture, street design ahead of its time, exiled Portuguese royalty and the dark past of the slave trade – these are just some of the ingredients that make up Paraty’s rich and colourful history from the past to the present day. Afterwards go to the Pier and board for an exciting Boat Tour. Paraty is surrounded by lush rain forest vegetation. Paraty Bay is an unforgettable place with its crystalline water, perfect for swimming, paddling and snorkeling. Stops on Islands will be made along the program. Snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddle are provided. (Lunch and soft drinks included. Beer and alcoholic drinks are optional and locally paid). Overnight Paraty.

Day 06

  • Paraty – Sea Kayaking Bay – 4-5 hrs (B)
    Breakfast followed by a sea kayaking activity. Paddle across Paraty bay’s warm and sheltered waters. If you want to get closer to the nature without the noise of a motor boat this is a great option to see wildlife and visit places like the mangroves, islands and beaches nearby. The views of the old town and the coastal mountain range behind Paraty are spectacular. There are various options of routes! No previous experience is required. We give paddling and safety instructions for sea kayaks. Return to the Pousada. Free afternoon. Overnight Paraty

Day 07

21st February 19
  • Paraty/ Rio De Janeiro -Sugar Loaf (B)
    After breakfast private transfer with English guide to Rio de Janeiro (4h-5h). Arrival check in at the hotel. By the afternoon depart to visit the Sugar Loaf Mountain. Sugar Loaf (396m): Trademark of Rio de Janeiro, the Sugar Loaf Mountain has a privileged location in the city. In the first part of the cable-car ride you can see the entire Guanabara Bay, Corcovado and Rio-Niteroi Bridge. In the second part of the cable-car ride you can see, in a unique perspective, the beach of Copacabana, Santa Cruz Fortress and some beaches of Niterói in fantastic scenery! Hiking to Urca Hill. We walk by Cláudio Coutinho way and take the trail to reach the Urca Hill. The first step is steep and the trail takes about 40 min. It can be decided locally and will reduce the time up there. *Moderate level Return to the hotel. Free evening. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08

22nd February 19
  • Rio De Janeiro – Full Day Community Project /Santa Teresa /Lapa (B)
    After breakfast, depart for a cultural and community tour. Depart to Morrinho Project. It is a social and cultural project based outside the Pereira da Silva favela (slum) in the Southern Zone of Rio de Janeiro. A Model of 450sqm made of bricks and other recycled materials. With the aim of showing that favela life is multi-dimensional, and endeavors to communicate their own reality through film, plastic arts, theater, and music. Afterwards go to the iconic neighborhood of Santa Teresa, a charming district with its cobblestoned hilly streets, old homes and interesting museums. Lunch (not included). By the afternoon depart to Downtown tour ending at the Olympic Boulevard, the highlight of Rio 2016. The walking tour begins through Cinelândia Square until the Metropolitan Cathedral. Then, return to the vehicle towards the Olympic Boulevard with it Porto Maravilha’s revitalized area, along with Praça Mauá, Orla Conde and Praça XV, is currently known as the Olympic Boulevard, a three kilometers strip that was a cultural epicenter of the Rio 2016 Olympics. There we can find the “Ethnicities” mural by Eduardo Kobra, the Museu do Amanhã (Museum of Tomorrow), the Mosteiro de São Bento (São Bento Monastery), the M.A.R. (Rio de Janeiro’s Art Museum), and much more. (Note: On this tour there’s no time scheduled to enter and visit the museums unless we cut some parts of the visit and in this case the entrance fees will not be included.) Return to the Hotel. Overnight.

Day 09

23rd February 19
  • Rio De Janeiro- Pedra Bonita / Corcovado (B)
    Breakfast and depart to Pedra Bonita. Trail to the top of Pedra Bonita (3,5km – 1h 30 min of an easy roundtrip). Pedra Bonita and Corcovado: From the top of Pedra Bonita and through a unique angle we see the famous and majestic Pedra da Gavea, the highest (844m) monolith close to the sea in the world. The trail goes through the Atlantic Rainforest inside the Tijuca National Park, one of the largest urban forest in the world. On our way up, you will discover the history of Rio and Tijuca Forest and all about the coffee farms that used to exist there, its golden years and the reforestation that took place in the 19th century. Stop for lunch (not included). Afterwards depart to see Rio most iconic attraction: Christ the Redeemer Statue on Corcovado Mountain (entrance fee included). Christ the Redeemer statue is an Art Déco style statue at the top of Mount Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Christ the Redeemer Statue is a Christian symbol and a cultural icon in Brazil. It is also listed as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Return to the Hotel. Overnight.

Day 10

  • Rio De Janeiro- day at leisure. Farewell dinner (B, D)
    Today you will have a day at leisure in Rio De Janeiro. At 7 pm farewell dinner with the group (included). Overnight.

Day 11

25th February 19
  • Departure Rio De Janeiro
    After breakfast, check out and transfer to the Airport.
