Upon your arrival, a Rahhalah representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Enjoy the rest of the day at your own pace, before embarking on your adventure across the steppes of Mongolia.

Welcome Dinner.

Overnight at the Best Western Premier Tuushin hotel or similar.

After breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and head to the Mongol Nomadic tourist camp, where, upon arrival, you will enjoy a local, nomadic show. While there, you will participate in the daily routine of a traditional Mongolian family and you will observe the breeding process of five kinds of livestock and their transfer from one place to another using ox, yak, camel, and horse carts. You will learn how local dairy products are made, and you will also have the chance to taste a few. Finally, you will watch the process of milking yaks and mare, fastening and milking sheep and goats, as well as felt tanning. Lunch at the ger camp.

In the afternoon, you will watch the mini Naadam that includes wrestling, horse races, archery as well as other cultural shows and games.
Dinner and overnight at the ger camp.

Overnight at the Mongol Nomadic camp (en-suite ger).

n the morning, you will head to the Gun Galuut Nature Reserve. On the way, you will visit Genghis Khan’s horseman statue located in Tsonjinboldog. The statue is 40 m. tall and is considered as the highest horseman statue in the world.

In the camp, you will spend time in a local nomadic family ger to understand more about the lifestyle of the Mongols in the steppes.
Optional kayaking, mountain biking or archery at the camp.

Overnight at the Steppe Nomads camp(deluxe winter quarter).
Approx. driving time:3.5 hrs.

Gun Galuut is home to endangered species of birds and mammals. In the morning, you will visit Mt. Baits and enjoy a 3-hour hike while observing the region’s flora and fauna. You may even be lucky to spot the endangered Argali big-horn sheep in Mt. Baits and the White Napped crane on the way back.
In the afternoon, you will go for a 2-hour horseback riding adventure in the Reserve along the Kherlen river valley.
Late in the evening, you will head back to Ulaanbaatar.

Today, after breakfast, you will catch an early morning flight to Gobi town. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Gurvan Saikhan Mountain to visit the beautiful Yoliin Am gorge, enjoying a 2-3-hour hike in the narrow canyon while observing flora and fauna in the region. Before exiting the park, you will also visit the local natural history museum.

You will then proceed to the Dream Gobi lodge where you will stay for the next two nights.
In the afternoon, you will visit Khavtsgait Petroglyph which is home to a group of rock paintings dating from 8000BC to 4000BC. There are ancient paintings of wild animals such as Big Horn sheep, Ibex, wolves, as well as horse riders, ox cards and many more.

Overnight at the Dream Gobi Lodge(en-suite ger).
Approx. drivingtime:2-3 hrs.

After breakfast, you will visit Bayanzag, also known as the “Flaming Cliffs” since the 1920s scientific exploration of the Mongolian Gobi. The first dinosaur eggs were found in this place. You will enjoy a 2-3-hour hike in the area, discovering more details about the Flaming Cliffs, and taking great photos of the landscape.

While there, you will visit a local nomadic family ger to explore the traditional way of living.

Transfer back to Dream Gobi lodge in the afternoon.

Approx. driving time: 2-3 hrs.

In the morning, you will fly back to Ulaanbaatar where, upon arrival, you will embark on a city tour and visit the Gandan Monastery that houses the 26-m statue of Bodhisattva. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the National History Museum at the Sukhbaatar square and, afterwards, you will have some free time for shopping souvenirs or even maybe the famous local cashmere.
In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional folklore concert from the magical Tumen Ekh ensemble.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
