Itinerary Details
Upon your arrival at Podgorica airport, a Rahhalah representative will meet you at the airport and will transfer you to the ski resort in Kolasin (approx. 1.5-hour drive).
Relax for the rest of the day, before reassembling in the evening for a brief meeting with the guide over dinner.
Accommodation: Bianca Resort or similar.
Bianca is an exclusive resort, located in the town of Kolasin, very close to the Ski Center and the Tara River. It is beautifully equipped to cater to all your needs and includes many amenities like an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna etc.
After breakfast, you will head to the ski center for your first skiing lesson with a licensed instructor.
Around mid-day, you will pause to enjoy lunch in a special restaurant in Kolasin, tasting Kacamak: a national, old dish prepared by the highlanders to gain strength on a strenuous day on the mountain.
After lunch, you will return to the hotel where you can relax or enjoy the various facilities (indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna etc.).
Dinner at the hotel.

After breakfast, you will check out from the hotel, and you will head again towards the ski center for your second skiing lesson and more fun down the snow-covered slopes.
Around mid-day and after completing the lessons, you will be transferred to Plav (approx. a 1.5-hour drive).
Plav is a small town snuggled amongst high hills, next to the beautiful glacial Lake Plav. After lunch, you will check-in to the hotel or a private house.
Later in the day, you will visit the Redzepagica tower: a house/museum, the oldest and best-maintained monument of Islamic fortification culture in Montenegro. It is located in the center of Plav, and it was built in the 17th century.
Dinner at the hotel or a local restaurant.
Accommodation: Villa Merak or similar.
After breakfast, prepare for an ice fishing adventure. You will make a hole in the iced lake and engage in winter fishing while enjoying the beautiful view on the surrounding hills.
Later, you will move to the Grebaja valley – the so-called Montenegrin Alps – where you will marvel at the stunning view of Karanfili (the highest peak in Montenegro), before heading towards Bijelo Polje (approx. a 1.5-hour drive).

After breakfast, you will be transferred with jeeps to Bjelasica Mountain for an exciting snowshoeing tour.
During the winter months, when snow covers the entire land, snowshoeing is the ideal way of moving around – and you don’t need any special skills! This tour is suitable for beginners as well.
Prepare to emerge yourself in pristine, untouched landscapes without any houses or other people in the proximity, only snow and the footprints of wolves and foxes.
Picnic lunch (lunch box) on the mountain. You will then hike back to the jeeps, and you will be transferred to the hotel.
In the evening you will head to a wooden, Ottoman-style house for a folk night party. There, you will enjoy authentic country dancing, and you will taste several national recipes, while the village women will show you how to knit with wool, how to make a bread and pie etc..

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Pavino Polje village for a horseback riding tour (approx. 3 hours). Along the way, you will hear stories about the wars with the Turks, or about forbidden love between people of opposite sides and former Montenegrin who ended serving Turkish army. Light refreshment after horseback riding, and transfer to hotel in Podgorica (approx. 1.5-hour drive).

After breakfast, and depending on your flight details, you will be transferred to the Podgorica airport for your departure.
If time allows, you may wish to explore Podgorica and the Moraca Monastery (optional).
