Itinerary Details

Upon your arrival at Pokhara, you will be welcomed by a Rahhalah representative, and you will be transferred to your hotel.
Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Nepal.

Overnight: Hotel White Pearl or similar, Pokhara.

After breakfast, you will drive beyond the Pokhara Valley, enjoying on the way grand views of Annapurna, before following upstream the Modi River to reach Kyumi, a small farm village and the starting point of your trek. From there, the path winds slowly uphill until Jhinu Danda (1,780 m altitude) where you will stop for the night, marveling at the views of the surrounding landscape, or taking the opportunity for a dive into the natural hot springs, a short walk from the village.

Hiking time: around 6 hrs.

Overnight in a tea house.

In the morning, you will leave Jhinu behind, following the path that, after a series of steep stone steps and several terraced farm areas, takes you to Chomrong and Sinuwa (2,360 m altitude): a remote spot with a few shops and charming lodges. From there, you will enter a green, forested area of oaks, rhododendron and pines trees, following the steep descent to Bamboo: a small settlement into the Modi River gorge, surrounded by bamboo groves after which the village is named.

Today you will head towards the Himalaya Hotel (2,920 m altitude), passing through thick forest areas and the small village Doban.

Prepare for an exciting day, full of new experiences!
After breakfast, you will head to Deurali and stop for lunch at the Machhapuchare Base Camp (3,700 m).

From there, you will follow the path under the imposing presence of Mt. Machhapuchare’s northern face, continually gaining altitude, surrounded by a natural sanctuary formed by famous mountain peaks, before reaching your destination: the Annapurna Base Camp (at4,130 m. altitude).

There, you will rest for a while, marveling at the breathtaking views of Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Gangapurna (7,455m), Annapurna III (7,555m), and Mt. Machhapuchare (Fish-tail, 6,790 m) as it stretches up towards Tent Peak (Tharpu Chuli) and Fluted Peaks (Singu Chuli).

After a while, you will board your Heli to fly to Pokhara (flight duration: around 20 mins).

Hiking time: around 5 hrs.

Overnight: Hotel White Pearl or similar,Pokhara.

After breakfast, and depending on your flight details, you will be transferred to the Pokhara airport for your flight back home.
