You will be picked up from Dubai very early in the morning (at 6am), to be transferred to the Khasab dhow port, where you should arrive at around 9:30am.
Note: Only one group transfer is arranged from Dubai.
Once in Khasab, you will embark on a full-day cruise with a traditional wooden dhow amidst the fjords of Khor Sham. You will be surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Arabian fjords, the distinct shape of the mountains and several small white-sand beaches. At the entrance of the fjord, you will most probably enjoy the site of dolphins that usually accompany the dhows in their journeys.
The boat will anchor near Telegraph Island and Seebi Island where you will enjoy swimming and snorkeling in pristine waters surrounded by colorful fish. You can also kayak or even fish (equipment will be available on the boat, especially for this group). During the cruise, you can also enjoy soft drinks, fresh fruits, tea & coffee and a warm lunch.
At around 4pm, you will reach the end of your journey for the day and as the dhow anchors, you will be transferred by speedboat to the secluded beach where you will camp for the night (tents, sleeping bags, blankets, mattress and pillows, bed sheets, generator & lights, plastic chairs & tables, traditional majlis, camp shower, portable toilets etc. will be provided).
The day will end with a traditional BBQ dinner under the stars.
After an early breakfast at the beach, you will embark on a full day of diving adventures. Two dives are included, suitable for beginners (with all necessary equipment: BCD, regulator, wet suite, mask, fins, weight belt, and tanks, plus picnic lunch and refreshments). Possible diving spots include: Abu Sir Island, Al Khayal Island, Bu Rashid Island, Musandam Island, Khor Farda (Known as Baby Beach).
In the afternoon, you will return to the beach to relax, swim and snorkel, while, at night, you will enjoy another BBQ dinner under the stars.
After an early breakfast, you will return to the port, and then head with 4WD to Jebel Harim. There, with the help of a local English-speaking guide, you will hike through the rocky riverbed of Wadi Ain. At the end of the wadi, you will reach a waterfall, where you may refresh yourselves and relax next to the water.
Hiking time: 4-5 hours.
At around 13:30, you will head to Diwan Al Amir hotel (only for day use), and at around 4pm you will begin your trip back to Dubai.
Note: Only one group transfer is included in the price.
